It's all about location.  North Cliff House looks over Plymouth Sound to the east, and open parkland to the north. The challenge was to expand the relatively limited accommodation on four floors, without spoiling the character of the house. Spaces have been opened up, the main staircase re-located, and new life breathed into the old building.
