CoHB
Worth waiting for. This far-sighted housing cooperative acquired a Grade II listed farmhouse on the edge of central Bristol, with sufficient land to add 7 houses to the existing accommodation in the farmhouse. It's been a long process to obtain planning permission, but after five years the council have at last realised what a valuable project this is and 2019 will see a start of building on site of the new homes that will be a new model for low cost custom-built housing.
